Good learning spot

Working for Transaction Junction was a very good opportunity to learn about transaction processing/switching ,working and learning about new payments systems ,typical and the most challenging day it is when you have to do something or add some features that was not on function specification on the initialization of the project on last minutes but besides that I can work under pressure and on multiple projects.I enjoyed most code reviews where they criticize you work and that's where you learn most ,and on testing typical work day was when clients give incorrect data for testing.

Regular training to ensure client's satisfaction

I'm working for a small IT company, dealing with clients most of the time, answering call and replying to emails and fixing clients issues. My colleague are very strict but I've learned a lot from them. what I enjoy the most beside free lunch is regularly training to ensure that we are always on track.

Excellent growth

Company is always busy and seems that we are always one step behind fighting fires but it could be because of the fast moving payment industry that is constantly changing. Procedures throttle the business flow but is a requirement as the company has almost doubled in 2 years. Friendly and ever changing environment and company retention is excellent. Family orientated company with a corporate customer base. nd challenging.

An excellent opportunity to learn new great things from one department to the next.

As a telecommunication firm, a typical day is mostly the first day after a long weekend. the pressure piles up as we have to ensure all our clients are well taken care of in terms of the services we render them on a daily basis. The kind of a relationship I have with my fellow co-workers is ecstatic as we learn daily from one another still in different departments have learned and still learning to this day and my communication skills develop every day. My challenge with my job is when I have to wake up from a peaceful sleep at night and I have to run the tasks that take place in the midnight and on the early hours of the mornings.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things daily
Cons: Long working hours including on a weekends
