good learning curve

I am a fully certified, trained electrician who is able to meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.I’m also doing equipment testing, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and tracing, finding and rectifying of electrical faults. My strongest attributes include identifying unsafe electrical situations, installing wiring systems and installation of electronic components on PC boards.

Pros: great opportunity for experience in electrical field
Cons: Trade test qualification not recognised

Lots of room for growth

i have learned a lot and have grow a lot, there is a lot of support from management to employees when it comes to upgrading education or encouraging new ideas. the hardest part was trying to implement new procedures to employees who had freely worked without them since the company started, they refused change at first but through working together we made progress.

Good career experience

Good overall experience with good exposure to design and product development. Some concern over top executive decisions made over the 2020 year period.

Pros: Great R&D Experience, good relationship with peers.
Cons: Time wasting through micro managing procedures and meetings, poor quality control, dismissive of expert advice
