We are living in the tech driven world we need to evolve as it does

I’m ready for the next challenge in my career. I loved the people I worked with and the projects I worked on, but at some point I realized I wasn’t being challenged the way I used to be. Rather than let myself get too comfortable, I decided to pursue a position where I can continue to grow.

To be patience

i have closed to 29 sites to oversee each every week. All muy employees the get paid every week by friday and i have to collect clocking card and do calculation then submitte to processing before deadling. i do even a displinary hearing most on Thurday and vehicles inspections

Pros: since i started to work for 2 different companies i have promoted to snr positions
Cons: I open the office by 6 am till 7 or 8 without overtimes

Found my passion

It took me many years to find my passion. What I love doing. 7 and half years ago I started in this company as a wage clerk. I knew absolutely nothing about payroll, I just took a leap of faith and joined the company. I have been there for 2 months and the offer me to study to achieve my payroll certificate and it was then when I realise that this environment is very interesting and I was eager to better myself. Not only did I get certificate but I also mange to get the one of the top 10 in the country. It didn't stop there, 2 years later I was offered by the company to do my payroll diploma and once again I manage to achieve the top 15 in the country. This achievement was only possible as the company saw my potential and allowed me to achieve my goals.

Pros: Opportunity is given to up skill
Cons: At times long hours and very low salary
