Pros: I have leaned from the bottom. Employed as code 14 driver and worked myself up to be an operations controller
Cons: The company is a small company with less of opportunities in the near future

A good experiance and learning.

I am the most experienced worker at this point and am reliable. I cannot say I am not replaceable but I feel most of my duties cannot be done by just anyone. a few people have been tried but have failed.

Pros: good for gathering experince
Cons: too much to do for less payment

Learning curve

Company not paying too well, it's just about a living wage. There is no chance to grow where I am working from. There are no benefits but too much deductions. The company has only one site.

Pros: The site situation is not very far from home. it's easy to get to work.
Cons: inconvinient working hours. starting at six in the morning.

Excellent learning curve

I have grown within the company since coming on board. I initially worked as a general work, but with the potential that I showed was promoted to be a Despatch Clerk, then promoted to a Logistics Supervisor later swapped potions to widen knowledge within the Logistics and Warehouse environment to work as Stock Controller and Warehouse Admin Assistant. All because of the potential seen in me.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Limited salary and less overtime
