Good experience working with RJ45 and cat 5 cables

A very good experience working signals,rockler and tracks box.Good experience working cat5 cable and rj45.Working for transnet is everyone dream. Always work under pressure to finish job on due date.Good teamwork experience. Working in different places all over South Africa.Working on different weather conditions. Mostly working long hours and weekends.

Pros: Good opportunities if you got qualifications and good exposure.
Cons: Working long hours to finish job for the day.

Good mindset

I am Ntobeko Shandu at the age of 24 years, residing in Durban. I graduated for a FET qualifications on Film and Television course at Icesa College in 2010. And I am currently working for Transnet RME as an acting Safety Officer I kindly apply for this vacancy because I am a hard worker, I also understand what it means to manage a project, working under pressure to meet my deadlines on time. Putting my work as a priority in order to deliver good service or excellent work. I have acquired from diverse work environments. I am currently owning my vehicle, of which would be an advantage for me to get to work on time.

Pros: i can go an extra mile to keep up the standard of my given task and grow within the field of expectise

Employee development opportunities

Punctual, dedicated, hardworking. Teamworker. Leader and always eager to learn. The manager is a dictator and the supervisors don't care about safety that makes my job difficult as I have to instill a new safety culture. The worker were also difficult at first but now they understand me and they have learnt about safety.

A very good company to work for

Busy but easy to work for. I get well with other employees to an extent that I know and communicate with almost all departments. What excites me the most is my boss who knows how to treat his staff. Challenging aspects would be when I have to draft contracts for new employees and during month end when I have to submit Timesheets. Reporting to four different managers is also challenging because each one would come and ask you to perform their duties asap meanwhile you're busy with other urgent stuff.

Pros: Only if given a chance can one achieve promotion.
Cons: The hours are quite good.

Excellent learning curve

I want other experiences in the industry in order for me to gain more knowledge and experience. The relationship with me and my colleagues is amazing and working environment is great.
