Excellent learning curve

It's not a very healthy environment when you work from your manager's home, there are no working colleagues that I can associate with besides speaking to colleagues at our head branch in JHB.I have learnt how to work all alone and work on a computer professionally and how to deal with customers. I have learnt what's the value of money and also how to multitask and work under pressure under any circumstances. I enjoy receiving deliveries and meeting customers and filling out forms and typing out documents and also helping a customer to an extent where they are completely happy with the service that we offer. The most challenging aspects of my job is working from someones home and not socializing with people as often as i did before and also doing all of my work and my managers work at the same time as well as remembering everything for her especially when i'm not with her.

Pros: there is no opportunity for growth
Cons: working hours are great

Excellent Learning curve

I am a Semi skilled Office Administrator at my current job and I am currently looking for a position as a Receptionist , Senior Clerk, Cashier Clerk, Team leader or an Office Attendant. I am a hardworking and bubbly individual with a special talent to communicate well with others. I would like to bring my energy and enthusiasm to your company in order to contribute effectively to its success. I have worked in an environment dealing with customers while working as a Front end Supervisor and Cashier. I also have Seven years of experience being a Semi skilled Administrator and currently still am. I have maintained contact with customers for the past fifteen years. While working for various companies it has developed my customer services and my Administration skills. I've learned to have a better customer service because I deal with different customers everyday.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your company as this would help me to learn more about the corporate world and gain more experience, this will also assist me with my future goals which is another reason for my asking for your consideration of my application. My strengths lie in the fact that I am a hard worker and have the willingness to learn as much as I can. I am a very responsible young adult, I take pride in my work and I'm always open to new opportunities, I enjoy working with others as it builds a working relationship that can benefit the company then again I am a team player. Who pursues good knowledge and skills in a team, through commitment and understanding of knowledge.

Pros: There isn't that much growth.

Worked independently

I worked from7.3.30 Monday to Fridays. Unfortunately Treger Brands decided to close down the Cape Town office where I worked and I could either relocate to Johannesburg where the Head Office is or take the retrenchment package. I decided to go with the latter decision. There were 4 staff members in the office, including the managing director and I was his assistant.

Pros: Worked alone
Cons: No cons

Fine Jewellery, Product Knowledge

Unpacking of stock to the displays. Making sure that the blue print of unpacking the stock on display. Giving the best experience to customers. We all get along, we work as one we have each others back. Coming from beauty to Jewellery was a complete different experience but the one that i don't regret. I didn't know a lot about Jewellery but i made it my mission to learn cause i had the desire to learn e.g Platered jewellery, 925 sterling Silver, Charms, Karma beads and Love bridge. The brand, campony and the working environment. Matketing the brand in South Africa and the price.

Cons: long hours
