As a professional, I really enjoy the challenges of the construction industry I believe I have the correct attitude, temperament that the construction industry requires. From the first moment I was introduced to the construction industry I have had a passion for construction. I possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a positive attitude and patience with queries from people of all levels and backgrounds. I have exceptional organizational skills and a strong initiative, which allows me to work well under pressure and effectively resolve problems presented to me. I am able to apply practical solutions to complex technical problems. I am prepared to relocate if the correct opportunity arises.

Excellent learning curve

The company is not that bad , I had learn lot of things but no money . I really need a new job that will help me earn more , where I will enjoy working.

Excellent in treating employees

Trencon is a small company, they don't want Qualified Rigger. I am working as assistant rigger because I don't have a job.I have also worked for Aveng Grinaker Lta for 7 years.
