How to interact with different kind of people and most importantly multitasking
I am Currently in- charge of various things at my current company I do a Fica check on all the documents that come in , then i create a spread sheet packing it and then later emailing it to my boss and other co-workers then I also deal with certain queries . I have learnt that once you have time management you can complete all tasks that was set out for you in time , what i enjoy most is interacting with clients and my co-workers there isn't really anything challenging anymore , only when I started working there were a few things i needed help with but i started getting better ,now i am looking for a new challenge and wanting to grow in my career
Pros: I want growth and i always push myself for the growth
Cons: I wont mind i am currently working 8 hours a day

A typical work day for me consists of checking FICA on all incoming documents , then i create a packing list for all the docs and then send out an email to my CEO and co-workers , then I also deal with queries . i have learnt how to interact with different kinds of people my relationship with my co-workers are good we understand each other what i enjoy most is dealing with the queries its quite challenging and thats also the highlight of my job

Great working experience
In my current role; I am primarily responsible for ensuring that each element of the service line’s marketing plan is delivered on time and within budget. I am able to develop campaigns that can lead to sales, enhance the company brand and maintain effective internal and external communication within the organisation through strategic planning. - I enjoy internal communication the most; ensuring that all employees are well informed about new developments in their workplace. I love creating new initiatives, engaging all staff members. - The most challenging aspect has been restructuring the organisation's social media. - I studied and have worked in a consumer based environment, I had to learn B2B marketing which has been one of my greatest lessons in the past 3 years.

i would love to work in astable company that will respect workers
working for this company was good and people I was working with were loving a caring we were basically one big happy family and we did get along very well. our team leaders were good with us they didn't take sides when ever we had problems .we started working at 10 am till 20pm we drove debit orders,. I got a long with everyone . I am a bit shy I don't like to be putted on the spot. what I enjoy the most is talking to people and helping them where ever I can. the difficult part was dealing with difficult angry clients and sometimes and bad data but you try and make the best of what you have.
Pros: we didnt any a chance for groth we got retrenched

Abilitity and opportunity
Assisting the our clients at business level. Advise for their status. Pull up the report for the our co worker and stat. I have good relationship with my co- workers I learn that every little things are important as major things To fun with your daily work and have positive attitude everyday The most challenging thing is put together the report

People oriantated and a good Team player
I'm a good customer service representative with good communication skills. I deal customers, via written correspondence , most frequently, by telephone. Able to deal with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, but also try to stick to particular company rules. I have computer and data entry skills,and problem analysis . I believe I have a great quality for a customer service assistant.
