Excellent learning curve

It was a great learning experience. But there's no room for growth, the employers treat employees as if they just a machine, they cold and heartless and work comes first over anything, family or health. s

Triopticon in short

Triopticon is a good company. There comes times when you are really busy, and after the heavy storm you can breath a bit. We have deadlines we need to meet every month and must adhere to. It is fun and challenging. We are creditors, bookkeepers and accountants working together and we also have our creditors controller and the financial manager. We all communicate with eachother on a daily basis and there are a few that has their own close bonds. Arguements does arise but gets resolved very quickly. What i truly love and appreciate about the company is that you get an opportunity to go study and the company provides the funding.

Pros: Creditors gets promoted to bookkeepers
Cons: No benefits
