I am currently working as Laboratory Supervisor, with 4 Lab Analyst, 1 QC Sampler and 1 Lab Assistant. I enjoy working with other Dept although its very challenging but with good communication I still have hope,

A better place to explore opportunities and make things happen.

The job is so demanding,it requires proper planning in order to reduce the amount of pressure and to manage it. Pressure handling is a routine activity and it taught me how to be organized,what to prioritize and how to handle a problem within a short period of time.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Long working hours

Growth oppotunity

I am enjoying a progressively responsible engineering career at Triton Pharmacare Corporate (PTY) LTD as Maintenance Manager by being in charge of ensuring that the facilities, layout and machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical and electrical problems. Included in my responsibilities is people management and budgetary/cost reporting.

Pros: no opportunity to be promoted
Cons: working even on weekends
