The registration and SDP and ARPL processes broadent my automotive overall knowlege

currently involved in training material and training facility development in the diesel mechanic trade. apprentice registration and workplace assessment. I do have a very good relationship with my co-workers and enjoy sharing my knowledge with other people in growing them and solving problems. biggest frustration currently is the waiting process to be audited for the training facility approval.

Pros: it is a very friendly and positive environment
Cons: now growing potential

Learning Platform

The company is a great learning platform for me. When I joined the company back in the year 2014 I had no mining experience at all at the time. It took me to schools to do some certain courses and I can now say that I do have confidence in my job and I know and do my job perfectly well.

Pros: When one is working for Trollope one is going to be built strongly for production
Cons: Long hours one will spent at work

Gaining working expirience

managing safety standards in the working area, give employees on how to do their jobs safely(standard operating procedure).these a good communication skill between me and my co-workers. I have learned the operation process in the mining industry and the engineering site. I enjoy when my job is not giving me too much challenges. when machine hours are not balancing at the end of the month its a big challenge, because you have to check from the beginning of the month up until to find the problem.

Brilliant learning opportunity

A typcial day involves making sure that the safety of the operators is good. Planning the day and operation, reporting to my managers and supervisors. Instructing and collaborating with operators. I have learnt to respect everyone and understand the importance of their roles. I enjoy interacting with the operators and hearing their views when it comes to work.
