You learn something new everyday.

I’m currently working in a company that manufactures and sells Industrial Rubbers products. Most of the enquiries we receive are technical and that taught me a lot. I find new challenges daily and I literally learn something new because it’s completely different from my past experiences. I work well with colleagues and we all share knowledge amongst one another for a better outcome

Pros: Better knowlege
Cons: Small company, not much room for promotions

Good. experience

it challenging, more experience on how to solve problems. and it takes me places since I like working in an outside ooen environment and my management is so understanding they friendly and open

Pros: more efforts more money
