NOT GOOD AT ALL

IT WAS GOOD TO WORK AT TRUE BLUE FOODS, YES CHALLENGES WILL ALWAYS BE THERE BUT IT ALL ABOUT PUTTING THE SOLUTIONS IN PLACE, THE MOST DEMOTIVATING THING IS TO WORK VERY HARD AT THE END OF THE DAY NOT BEING PAID GOOD BEING A SUPERVISOR IT WAS ALWAYS MY TARGET SINCE I WAS A TEAM MEMBER WORKING VERY HARD IN ORDER TO EARN THAT

Cons: VERY LONG HOURS

True blue foods is a big company,they groom people who able to grow in company t best company of KFC.I work for that company for 5 years 2 years as team member FOH,MOH,BOH, I knw all the procedure t a nice family to grow to.

Proactive leader

i enjoy working with people and have learnt a lot as i am working with people from diverse educational background. i have built a strong relationship with my colleagues and vendors as i am a team leader. my character has changed in totality a i have to be calm and be a good listener whilst analyzing the situation and determining the solution.

Pros: As a project manager i am working towards a development position.
Cons: i do not have specific hours as i am working towards deliverance

Every day training refreshment

The company is good to work for, they have development opportunities even though they take time to give the assessment and the position. The management do give pressure on the below management but the give you enough time to get things right if you give feedback on daily basis. The company work does not match their salaries and they make you work multiple jobs and not pay you for that

Pros: Development opportunities are great
Cons: Long hours that doesn't pay

Ability to work under pressure

Ii I love working with my colleagues they have a mutual respect. When I came to work I didn't know the work but the thought me everything. What I've learnt is that in a work environment you should be accountable for job done and make sure that you become a good example to by making sure that everything you do you give your best

Pros: Getting experience on how to work by customers
Cons: Shortage of staff
