Good working environment

I have the ability to work both on my own and within a team, and i also have a good inter-personal skill that i am willing to share with you and your customers on a daily basis, if given the opportunity. my passion for work and interactions i have with my customers, are my ultimate daily objective. my daily job is much easier because of the relationship have with my colleagues (senior and junior).

Pros: Learning everyday, both from business perspective and personal relations.
Cons: little time for studying

Excellent

I'm have a best customer service. I know how to deal with people especially under pressure, I know that a customer is always right and my job as an assistant is to bring joy, happiness to the customer in order to serve them very well. I have conflict management skills, I have good communicating skills, I also know basic computer skills. I'm energetic, curious and ambitious and always willing to learn and also willing to overcome my weakness as time goes on, I believe in me and that is why I'm always having positive attitude towards other people, I respect other legal subjects beings opinions but I don't always agree with people, I hate arguments especially if they are not necessary. I really believe in peace in the field of work, to me team work is the key to success between the employees in order reach the objectives of the company or of the employer

The salary is really unreasonable because of the little working hours

It is great company but the only thing needed to be improved is the working hours for flexi workers. So that we have a reasonable pay at the end of the month. Certification the end of each training level is great, thats one of the pro's.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

I HAVE GAIN A LOT OF EXPERIENCE ON WORKING WITH CLIENT WITH GOOD SMILE AND AND WORKING WITH CO-WORKERS AS THE TEAM LEADER, LEARN TO COUNT MONEY AND BALANCE IT WITHOUT ANY LOSS OR SHORT ON THE MONEY, THE MOST MOMENT I HAVE MOST ENJOYED WAS WHEN I WAS PART OF ACE COMPETITION WHICH MAKES ME TO MEET OTHER BRANCHES CO-WORKERS IN POLOKWANE FOR TWO DAYS.

Good experience

Have learn a lot how to grow within in the company.learn a lot about merchandising how to train people to keep up with good looking visual appealing store how to it is important to merchandise the store merchandising and how to attract customers with merchandising at the end of the day it all about visual appeal and sale reach target with merchanding.

Pros: Great training and lot of training provided so that u know what to do and produce good result with passion and deligation.

Excellent learning curve

THE work place gave me a great skill on how to work with customers. . I also had a great bond with all my colleagues to an extend that we would never share lunch and help each other on any other personal needs.
