Outstanding work environment for daily learning.
Working at truworths is an exciting learning curve. Daily tasks include capturing and receipting of invoices and employee reimbursements. I have learned organisational administration, financial reports and communication skills. My co-workers would define me as a great and motivational person to work with hence we have a splendid relationship. The best part of my duties is journaling and updating plan and actual figures. In every task there is always challenges, hence in my duties it happens when area managers request maintenance order numbers urgently and would have to get authorisation from the regional manager who would be busy at times to view my mail, therefore it requires me to make a judgement call upon the urgency of the request to issue the order number.
Pros: Varied experience.

I am someone’ who always start ya his day very early since we have flexible hours. So I start my day at 7:00 am. I have a very good relationship with my team. We work very well together , that made learn more about the importance of team work. The most challenging part right is having to part of the team that makes sure all the Covid-19 regulations are followed.

Multitasking is my greatest strength.
It's a small size company, my duties are flexible, I do cash desk and store sales and merchandise. I have learnt to work as a team, to pull through challenges faced at work, having to deal with angry and frustrated customers and also to provide loyalty with our customers.
Pros: Sales, discounts, vouchers and other benefits especially If you are an account holder.
Cons: Long working hours, unless it's only for a day. Lacks promotion opportunities.

Excellent learning curve
What i have learned about my previous company is the respect and gove others the opportunity to learn more challenging aspects it where we have a short in stuff and the customers were complaining about the delay

Great opportunity for learning
It was a great learning curve, learned communication skills and overall collection. Very nice working environment and I did get along with the employees and management stuff. What I have enjoyed most was convincing customers to pay their account. The most difficult part was when the customers are being difficult, when it comes to paying. A typical work day is when calling many customers to make arrangement for the payment, some you have to educate them, and we update their details such as home address and email s. Im confident that i have learned a lot and better understanding what it takes to be a caller center agent.

Its standard
The perks are not that great.Theres not much growth and benefits such as medical aid , Alexander Forbes and Bonus kicks in after 2 years of service.I have learnt how to deal with more difficult customers.I enjoy working the late shift , im more comfortable and focused. Communication level is not that wonderful as employees are constantly asking what happened , when did it happen.There are times when our salary is short

Cons: I work till 17h00 on a Saturday

Good communicating skills
i am a hard worker who loves working with people also like to prob a lot when it comes to payment plans the company that am currently working for does not offer much growth in terms of leaning as i would love to further up my studies toward the accounting field

The experience iv had is so productive throght out these years . Im willing to bring more of what i have to offer. I know im capable to bring best out of me to the team
Pros: i was hoping to get promotion but my hopes were just my dreams in my sleep. and its been too long workung but still no permanent position. i need to grow in the company as well as i keep on perfoming well
