Excellent learning curve

I've learned a lot from the company, learning how to interact with customers or clients, teaching new stuff the ropes, my teaching me admin work and patience. I can do cash up,stock taking answering phones and taking orders. I'm a team player.

No growth

Management not fair and there is no growth, no opportunities for promotion. Working long hours with no benefits.l, there are no rewards or awards for any performance. We get uniforms once a year they don't care about the employee's safety. Management doesn't communicate with the staff

Good learning urve

I'm not happy with the salary. Not happy about the working hours, the campany has less benefits. The management is not professional. I'm just not happy.

Great working environment, career building

I love working for my current company because of the friendly staff and self managing environment because they do not come after you or keep tabs on you as long as you do your job and meet your deadlines. I have gained tremendous experience since i started working here and I am very grateful to them because the had faith in me and trusted me by giving me a huge task that was completely new to me. the most challenging aspects of my job is when people does not get their money(benefits) and i have to answer to them.
