It is a wonderfull learning curve to treat people with respect and with their own individuality.

I have learnt to treat people equally and not work on assumptions as the staff like to create stories among themselves. I have innovated ideas to make a saving on consumables and chemicals. The challenge i face is the staff absenteeism on site without notification.

I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues. I also have strong communication skills. I have an extremely strong work ethic. When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. I enjoy working in a team environment, and I get along well with people.

Team work

I work in an invironment area where I have to oversee cleaners. My job is all about team work and good ethic in a cleaning level of work. I belive I am hardworking and that my colleagues can agree to that. The company has good and high standards and we are employed to uphold the standard of business

Dynamic; People oriented Individual who is ready and willing to learn

Working on client site: Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.

Pros: A challenging position in a corporate concern where I can be able to show my skills and be able to grow.

Managing,hiring,training, atttending to client queries and complains,

Im reponsible for ordering,issuing chemicals and equipment, rostering staff,doing wages calculation and leave,training staff according to health and safety and tsebo policies and procedure,disciplining staff according to our displinary prosedure.attending to gardening,attending PRP (our clocking machine)and sending information to payroll months to months basis.

Pros: I started as supervisor and promoted to area supervisor and I was recognised as A best contract supervisor of the year 2014.
Cons: I don't have problems with working long our as long as is agreed by managment and I .

Very challenging but i leran new staff everyday

Meet new people everyday Work with differnt people Very stressing I enjoy cleaning most I dont have much information about the profidend fund or the UIF Im not sure if im getting paid according to my hours

Excellent learning curve, always challenged

Excellent learning curve, ive grown as a person, always challenged and have great relationship with my staff, when I look back to when I started working, I was just a receptionist, but persevered and worked hard. Now I'm looking for employment in Port Elizabeth as I'm looking to move closer to my fiancée. regards Tumi Lehihi 072 348 3873

Excellent Learning Curve

Very busy never a dull moment, great people I work with challenging, deal line driven, always on the ball, work overtime, work weekends, the people make your day interesting through all the challenges.

Pros: Good opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours, no bonuses when company isn't doing well
