Very Interesting journey

A typical day for me would be to print out a visitors' schedule for my client suites first thing in the morning. Make sure the suites are as neat as can be. Prepare refreshments for the clients/visitors if need be and be there to welcome them. I have to also be available and visible to the unexpected walk-in clients at Barclay's/ABSA. Colleagues are great, they are the reason you sometimes need to get out of bed and go to work. I have learned a lot from my job and my studies in communications about different personality traits and what influences people's behavior and therefore how to react appropriately. I get to interact with a lot of internal and external clients face to face and that is by far the most enjoyable part of the job. Honestly anything I've considered challenging in the past about my job, I don't any more. With years of experience comes the knowledge and ability to work around any situations.

Pros: I really do love working with people, learning about people which helps learn about myself as well.
Cons: On my feet all day long, no opportunity for promotion, no support for personal development (e.g there is no study leave)

Its an execellent learning curve as a manager

As a Manager ,I benefited much to be under this organisation.Every week we under go Leadership grooming Seminars.These make some one an equipped Manager and clear all managerial infants.As a Manager I enjoy working with my subordinates and mostly doing their appraisals and encouraging them to advance in their academic careers.I enjoy interacting with my customers as this shade light on our progress especially in the hospitality Industry.My most challenges of this job is doing Enlighten.It is a process whereby our South African Management will be asking the client some questions concerning our contact and services.Most of the challenges which will be raised by the client will be for my superiors .As a Manager on the ground,most of the challenges we face are dealt with at pre maturity stage,so everything will be under control.It’s difficult to answer for your superior’s failures

Pros: great opportunity of grooming as a leader
Cons: everytime will be occupied with paperwork

No learning no development

I need to grow up now I feel like this is not for me I need more and more experience in my life............................................... Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhjjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhhhjhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh And I'm not getting that in this industry
