I'm collecting files from day ward to the filing room. We are filing the files according to the year alphabetical we can file them horizontal or vertical. We follow all the roles of our supervisor or manager instructions. If we meet or get any problem we report it to our senior's.

Pros: Easy to adupt at work
Cons: I can go for extra mild for job.

Excellent quick learning skills

Started in 2008 working for Tsebo Outsourcing Group at Eugene Marais Hospital as a cleaner and worked as ward host serving tea,food for doctors and patients,so in 2009 I was given opportunity to learn and train as storeman/storekeeper.I became permant storekeeper for period of 6 and half years in different units that Tsebo was catering for.I know how work as a team,respect,to be reliable,to work under pressure and also energetic,quick learning,risk taker to gain knowledge,facing challenges,well mannered,full of good self esteem.

Pros: Good when it comes to promotion according to hard work
Cons: Managers who are racists

Excellent working environment

My job evolve engaging with employees at all levels and engaging with the challenges faced at work. I am also very open minded and willing to share and engage with my colleagues to plan and develop the very best solutions possible for any given scenario. I have learnt to be able to work well with diverse people across different areas. My strengths lie in communication and in my high service delivery. I am thorough and methodical and must finish what I started. I remain calm in order to be focused. The challenging aspect is not be resolve something immediately because it need to be addressed to a higher level.

Pros: Great opportunity to broaden my horison
Cons: i want to be closer to my family.

Professionalism obtained

I was in a very security cautious company. that has made us not to think of doing any wrong doing Challenging in terms of dealing with difficult global clients Understanding the diversity and learn different cultures Having an unplanned day in terms of meeting clients who are very demanding who do not make appointments. The environment was enjoyable as well experience that you get from callers everyday Challenges were really difficult clients more especially travelers cos they were demanding products that we do not offer in SA

Pros: Very challenging I also gained much experience that I will share and apply in everything i do
Cons: Very challenging I also gained much experience that I will share and apply in everything i do. it was 8:00 till 5:00 8 normal hours no overtime

Go-Getter

I am a very strong candidate and I am good at what I do. Very punctual and optimistic. I am what any company needs. Still very young and have alot of experience. I have worked with different people with different characters and I have always been able to adapt to that quick and accurate.I am able to work in a diverse area. I am the best candicate any company can select. I may seem young but you will be impressed by what I can produce.

Cons: No growth within the company

Broden my Horizon

I have been in the Hospitality/Catering Industry for the last 15 Years; Working in Corporate, Medical, Industrial and Entertainment Catering Environment. I would like to broaden my horizons and branch out into a new field of business.

Excellent opportunity and skills attained

Work in all departments.im a qualified electrician and in process of doing my fitters trade test.I also have experience in autoclaves,instrument washers,bedpan washers,motors,pumps,machines,buildings fabrics,gasses,boiler house,maintenance,installations,faultfinding etc. I run my own team and have a 100% sucess rate.

Fast Learner and potential

It's makes me so great to work for Tsebo Outsourcing Group Fedics because I have dedicated myself so much and as they gave me opportunity to prove that am welling to take a challenge and came up with solution to any situation .As I started working as intern until I have showed that am in business I get promoted and even their didn't makes me to under estimated others instead I embrace and we enjoy to be part of the company. But an still want to grow even more than where I am need big challenge nd growth to other environmental work place as young generation.
