No opportunity to grow Lost drive in working for a company that has no opportunities for growth. Not happy with salary am getting with loads of work given. A bit unfair

Excellent learning curve

Greetings, I am in charge of all HR functions in our division, like processing all administration as handling contracts, promotions, internal transfers, terminations, recruitment, Payroll queries,IOD, claims, monthly HR report etc. My relationship with my colleagues is the great, as I am a people’s person with a good personality. In this industry I have learned that you have to have a understanding and patient heart to accommodate every employee. I mostly enjoy Payroll queries because everyday you learn something new. The most challenging

I love what I do ....work very good under pressure..

I love being a functions co ordinator. I work extremely well under pressure and it brings out the best in me. I always have a good understanding with my peers and always strive to please.

Pros: I gain good experience everyday and hve good communication skills.
Cons: I will never grow or go higher in my work place.

Great Learning Curve

It's very nice to work at Tsebo and my relationship with the co-workers is great . You learn everyday cause we come across different challenges . What i enjoy is that everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. Inpatient people

Excellent opportunity to grow

Exposure to a lot of different career opportunities in Facilities Management and overall background. Equipped with skills to execute my daily duties and be a good team player. Good work ethic and challenged to be innovative.

Opportunity to grown

It is a very busy switch board with friendly group of people . i have lent to be professional and pay attention to detail . i do not see opportunity for growth as i have been a receptionist for 5 years now .

Good company with strong roots and willing to evolve employees.

The best part of your daily commute is your colleagues that become like family. The company has a very friendly feeling with stong corporate roots. Forward thinking with active results is what you can expect from fellow employees. Overall a pleasant experience.
