I grow as a Manager.

As a Branch Accountant and Admin Head not one day is the same, you can try to plan your day but must get used to it that is will not be like that. I have an excellent relationship with my Co-workers, Top Management, Cleaners and our Tea Lady. I learnt that you must respect people in the way that not all of them have the same abilities as me, but on the end that person will also bring their full potential to the table. I enjoy Debtors, to follow-up on outstanding money and get that Customer to pay of their accounts. To deal with people and different cultures as every person is unique in their own special way. With a big team, most of them Ladies, with different emotions on different times was a big challenge and I grow and love every moment of it.

Pros: I was happy in my position as Branch Accountant.
Cons: To went away for weekends for Meetings without my Husband.
