The company that i work for it has great opportunity and they also like to promote people when they see that you do like what you're doing or you're a had worker, always friendly with guests/clients, always dressing smart( presentable)

It was a great experience and wonderful learning curve

Working at the Village Inn has taught me quite a lot, I've gained customer service skills, patience and how to solve problems.it has opened up a greater field for me and gave me a stronger character. My colleagues were helpful, my manager has mentored me and showed me all the necessary skills which I will never forget. I enjoyed working & dealing with different types of people, difficult and understanding customers. With the support I got I didn't experience many challenges at all, I would say at first I thought I wouldn't learn or be able to do the job but after some time the job became easy and I enjoyed it.

Cons: Shifts and the hours
