Lead technician in technical Department

Work day by day: Implementation and monitoring preventative maintenance program for all technical equipment’s for better customer services. Relationship with Co-workers:Building a positive moral, lead a competent and motivate Technical Team. Developing the staff to the required standard. Acquired management skills in Managing Technical project and report writing. Ensure compliance for company policies, rules and regulation as well as company procedures.

Pros: gaming industry (casino intertaiment industry ): maintaining slots machines.
Cons: 24Hours opperation,three shifts a day, 8 hours a shift

Ensure the improvement of machine’s functionality and customer service through minimal machine down time and staff interaction. Managing Technical project and report writing. Control the stock and managing the store for all gaming parts. Ensure compliance for company policies, rules and regulation as well as company procedures

Pros: Am currently Lead Technician with experiance lead me to Technical Manager level
Cons: 8Hours normal hours but for my current position 9 hours a day
