Learning curve

working at tubular technical construction has been a blessing for me in terms of communication with clients building relationships with people around me. i have to say i enjoyed working with my clients because not only that they were my clients but i have learned a lot from them improving my communication skills, procedures etc. although it was challenging at first but being committed in what i do i manage to pull through.

LEARNING CURVE

to work at this company has benefited me a lot in terms of communication skills,dealing with the clients,to be able to work indispensability and working as a team. even though at first it was not easy to understand the site procedures, welding processes but with me being committed and willing to learn i nailed it and im still learning other things as we all know that you can never finish learning.

Capable of learning quickly

I like team work. I have learnt a lot through company i was working for. I have learnt how to lift heavy loads and using correct equipment. So far as i started working as a rigger nothing challenged me, but important thing in rigging,everything must be perfect and double checked.

Project Leader

At my company we a flat structure management system that is easy to interact with. We believe in open door policy. It is quite a big cooperate but we treat each other like family. Starting up in the company I have enjoyed learning and later on I also transfered that to my subordinates. I like interacting with people and sharing ideas. The challengeing part is the ability to work under pressure.
