Minimal growth

Though I was second manager, the environment restricted us to spread out wings and move up the ladder. It. Was great though to have worked with such dedication and determination to see the company grows. Best part of the day is seeing a satisfied customer leaving the shop with a wide smile. Motivating my team mates to push boundaries and Excel as well as having a great workmanship across the floor from FOH to BOH. Teamwork was our motto

Pros: Great learning curve. Great team
Cons: Owner interference in decision making made managing the shop impossible

Limited growth

There was no growth at all. The owners contributed much to the downfall by undermining the managers. It was difficult running the shop where eighty per cent of the items on menu are out of stock and u have more walk outs than those sitting.

Pros: Viable team
Cons: No growth
