It's been a great learning experience for me and I have learnt a lot

The work we do at Turner's is pretty exciting we trade goods for our country on to others. We export food and liquor all over the world which is a great way to earn about goods and services such as also shipping lines and boarder documents .We are a big team and we all work hand in hand the co workers are hard working and always willing to help one and other out. On an avarge day we ship out 2/3 containers with food products and its all losely packed which means its a lot of work and a lot of handling and also very stress due to the transporters charging standing time per a trialer. But I have learnt now that there isn't anything that can't be done with team work. Our biggest challenges are being held back with transport companies with bringing in containers a few hours before stacks close and even harder to make sure that everything has been packed to the best of our ability to make it in due time

Cons: Finishing a days job in a period of Two days

No growth

No growth been at reception for 10 year's go out to learn. Getting depressed been at one spot with my growth opportunity. I have been trying to move up b helping a lot in sales administration learn in export, I would love to be recognized for what I do and learn

People need to respect each other. Greetings each other. Understand others culture's and beliefs. Working under pressure can be over come if we all just work as a team. Resolving of queries is probably the the best thing i like doing. Getting people to understand there's a ripple effect.

Fast learner and technology is what I excel at

I have created a number a of ways to simplify work using technology. I feel that majority of the paper work should be automated, in this way manual human work can focus of big problems and get queries resolved must faster by doing this would mean the cash flow of the company will increase and older queries resolved faster.

Pros: Highly focused on creating work in progress much faster
Cons: I cannot agree with anyone that says "it cannot be done"

Excellent learning curve

Started at 8 and finish 4.30 We a team Fun Busy Keeping the spirit up when a co worker isn't in due to illness. My current job has made me under stand people and can get the best out of them.

Great move

I've been able to learn a lot from the company great environment with supporting managers and amazing staff. Been able to help with dispute resolution also learned a lot as we been working remotely

Good learning experiences

Ive gained alot if knowled and experience in the company. I started off invoicing now im doing local and foreign creditors. The reason im looking to move is for better career opportunities

Excellent learning curve

Working in my current job (Turners Shipping) is a great everyday experience,meaning I enjoy every minute of it yet I know I have to grow financial,which is why I'm looking for Better paying job. I believe every company have it own challenges with everyone working but I would say it how we grow and learn.
