I feel that its not challenging enough as a big company would hence I am a bit advanced in my career. attend breakdowns ,fix emico or L,D.V bakkies, rebuild emico/ LHD. My relationship with workers is excellent as I love my job but hate the salary . I enjoy most attending to breakdowns as it a bit of a challenge not knowing what the breakdown could be.

GOOD LEARNING EXPERIENCE

WORK MOSTLY INTERRUPTED BY UNPLANNED MEETINGS,BACK STABBING FROM CO WORKERS AN ORDER OF THE DAY. I HAVE LEARNT NOT TO RELY MUCH FROM OTHERS INSTEAD,DO YOUR TASK IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR JOB REQUIREMENTS DIRECTORS HAVE OPEN DOOR POLICIES WHEN IT COMES TO HANDLING EMPLOYEES PROBLEMS. SUPPLIERS NOT TIMELY PAID.

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO EQUIP YOURSELF WITH MANY SKILLS IN DIFFERENT FIELDS.
Cons: NO TEAM WORK

Not so good may be on the electrical size

Unless Tuscan can get more business for electrical from other companies where we can constitute an other electrical department producing money by doing electrical work. Then just me sitting there waiting for break down within the company. And when I ask for increased I get an answer that I'm not very busy.

Pros: No chance of growing
Cons: Long working hours

Challenging working environment

I do all HR functions...recruitung, inductions, employment equity 3tc.i have paid my dues here in the mining sector looking for growth and better salary. As I am still continuing with my studies

I'm very efficient, focused and dedicated

Working hours are very long Not enough compensation Feels like family at times Friendly people/co worker Confusing management Unhappy and need a new start Need better salary Need normal working hours I love my office
