• Reviewing and approve quality control plans taking into account high priority defects, production targets, plant availability & unplanned maintenance. • Identify and report non- conformance, verifying documentation conformity to requirements and standards by reviewing work packages, maintenance plans , procedures and modifications packages according to the relevant administrative controls • perform dimensional , visual and statutory inspection of mechanical parts, raw materials and purchased items to engineering specifications • • Conducting inspections on mechanical components in the power plant: fans, air heater, valves, ash plant, mills and hydraulic systems. • Ensuring adherence to technical procedures and standards in accordance to ISO9001/2008
