Company is growing fast but the industry is not so big
You learn to work under great pressure. You have to set goals and targets for each hour and each day. You have to work hard to give the customer the best experience they ever had to maintain a loyal customer relationship. You make due with what you have and you improvise when something needs fixing. You build a good relationship with your co-workers because they are all equilly emportant to the company's structure. And the 9hour working hours you work a day you have to have a good relationship with them to make it pleasant for yourself to be at work.The most challenging part of the job is working with difficult customers and keeping them calm and happy but still follow the company polocies and rules.

I believe the key to being successful is to be self – managed and goal- focused together with the ability to find solutions and being strategic in the implementation thereof. In my opinion – based on my personal experience – I believe that, in any working environment, it requires well developed people – orientated skills coupled with organisational discipline and the ability to work in a team as a creative individual to successfully complete any task set before me. Therefore, cooperation is never a problem as I am always willing to work with my colleagues, supervisors and managers to achieve the common organisational goals and objective. Concerning the ever – changing multicultural corporate environment in witch South African firms currently operate, I am amongst the minority who communicates across racial, hierarchical and literal lines, making friends of all. In addition, my personal qualities of personality, appearance, sociability, leadership and integrity are all above average.

10 years sales experience
I'm a 32 year old, black female currently employed at twisp. I work as a sales consultant, our company deals and operates in the electronic cigarettes industry. I've been working, at twisp for 1 year and 2 months and during my employed time spent here, I've gained numerous experience and my work ethic speaks for itself, with an enthusiastic personality and attitude.

Great working environment
Working at Twisp has been such a great experience. They taught me everything about dealing with customers and how to give good customer service. It was great to work as a team because you get to build and learn from each other. I've come out with solution for customer cause the customer comes first. You alsolearn how to work under pressure cause things can get hectic. You need to know how to multitask

It has been an excellent learning curve and i have learnt so much
Working at Twisp really depands on the days one is working as some days can get longer because most customers aren't paid but a busy day is enjoyable as it like an adrinal rush due to the busyness. I most definately enjoy wrking with my co-workers as we get along so well. I have learnt a lot and to name a few i've learnt how to solve problems and tackle them in their own form. I can't really say anything bad about the company but i haven't enjoyed my time here cause the most challenging part about my job is having to deal with difficult customers and having them cream at you.

Excellent learning curve
Amazing company to work for. Management team have a good communication relationship with junior stuff. There are online learning programs. You are able to grow with the company, you get unexpected prizes if your sales are doing good.
