Stuck

A typical work say is busy and chaotic, I try to have as much structure as possible however the company and it's policies are outdated and don't work well. There is room for growth but not much as I take on many roles than my own, I handle it as well as I can. My relationship with my coworkers are okay, however it seems hard for people here to keep professional boundaries, which I prefer but don't get much of. I have learned a lot about administrative processes, I have learned a lot about the corporate environment, how to deal with clients and candidates, I have learned a lot about different working industries due to having to source with recruitment and matching people's skills to clients needs, I have learned a lot about trends in business from marketing research for business development. I enjoy the researching the most. The most challenging aspect is not having a set role, so then taking on a lot and having to put in lots of after hours to cope with the work load.

Training is done over the phone and

The thing i enjoy most about my job is placing candidates and assisting them in finding employment. It is always busy; there is always work. Superior Management style not good - No communication and understanding. Good relationship with co-workers. not concise. Sometimes when asking for help nobody can assist because everyone's plate is full. No patience in guiding employees

Pros: Assisting people with their careers
Cons: Under paid, overworked, no breaks, no personal time
