The most challenging aspecvts of my job

Pros: there is a constant room for growth as the company expands daily.
Cons: Long working hours and uncertainties of working week ends

Excellent Learning Curve

In a typical working day, I work from 8-5, I have to be always update with issues like Compliance Certificates for Workman's Compensation,UIF,Employment Equity to name the least. I have to verify payroll twice per month, that is for employees of the Amathole region (15th salary day) who are approximately 1100 as well as for the remaining employees who are approximately 2130 for the OR Tambo Region (30th salary day) . I also prepare HR Reports. With all that being said, I have managed to master the art of prioritising my work, paying great attention to detail. I also have built quiet a good professional relationship with my colleagues, so much that I know how to work as a team which I am enjoying because we get to brainstorm ideas and challenge each other.

Good learning curve, have now mastered the art of managing and working under pressure.

For starters the company has about 2800 employees, so it's always hectic even though they don't report at the office. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, and because of that I have mastered the art of working with a group and as a team. Working for Tyeks Security I have also learnt and managed to capitalize on Self Discipline, Time Management as well as Prioritizing , with the amount of pressure that I work in one cannot afford to leave the 3 behind which would then result in always in being creative and innovative.

Pros: Great opportunity for getting to meet and understanding diversity in the workplace

Working long hours but get less salary

I have good working relationships with my colleagues and I've learned a lot from my co-workers. I've enjoyed working with court managers and my challenging experience is when we do the control sheet and knowing that there were incidents or the site was not covered for a day. That's challenging because I must be strategic so that the company won't be penalties for the month.

Successful job

I work 12 hours a day,6-6 shifts. 4 night shifts and 2 offs. We work together . We make sure we assist each other during work time.. I learned that when you work with people,you have to be supportive, faithful and be helpful for the sake of personality. The most thing I enjoy is when we spend a night with no trouble. The most challenging aspects is when we dealing with drunk people during night, because they force to enter with a bad behaviour

Learning curve

I enjoy working with my co workers but I'm too overloaded with my work. I do not only do my job description But its a learning curve for me because I'm exploring and learning new things every day.
