This would be a excellent learning and growing curve.

My typical day would be to go through my emails and call all potential clients and go through and set up appointments. I will there after do a bit of cold calling and list properties, I then proceed to go out and canvass and meet owners to do pictures of their apartments, homes and units, once this is done all listings are put onto the website and I continue to do my own advertisement. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and it is very proffessional. I have learnt many negotiating skills and how to handle and deal with all sorts of queries and issues regarding property and lease agreements. I enjoy working with people and meeting different types of people. The day can be very challenging when I am unable to get viewings for potential clients as the owners are unreachable. Earning just a commission, this can be very challenging.

Pros: The room for growth is excellent.
Cons: The salary is not set.

FAST LEARNER, EXCELLENT LEARINING CURVE & HARD WORKER

Worked as a PA at a small firm. Company was liquidated because the owner passed away. Worked in a courier company for 12 year, started as a receptionist for 1 year and was promoted to accounts clerk. Now in property, working as an estate agent based o commission. i enjoy what i am doing but I am basically looking for the job with basic salary. i like travelling, cooking and reading. Meeting new people is something that i enjoy and have strong personality.

Excellent at multi tasking

I have an excellent relationship with all my colleagues as I am very open and enthusiastic to learn as much as I can. I have mastered data capturing and all administrator duties, I love taking on new challenges.
