Coĺlection on loan accounts, allocation of funds collected, claims processing, refunds processing,

I have learnt everything on my role and need a different environment where there will be a room for growth. The challenge is that the systems are not user friendly, there is a whole lot of manual work. And other than this, it is a good company to work for.

Pros: Personal development and training
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Great working environment , the teams are well fitted and are able to assist one another.

There are no salary increases , bonuses and very little opportunity for growth and promotions. Once you are at analyst position you must look elsewhere as there are no specialist roles

Pros: Great inclusion in decision making
Cons: No Bonus and low salary brackets

Critical thinking for my current role has made me achieve many memorable awards as a banker.

My typical workday include sales and resource plans to ensure successful achievements of the bank's goals. Staff is an important element in the service industry, therefore staff morale is critical and to ensure people understand the plans and have a buy-in. During the years I have been working, I have come to realize that strategy alone cannot work without the necessary tools which include skilled staff. Working with happy employees and achieving my targets. The challenging aspects of the job is when customers cannot buy because of affordability.

Pros: The opportunities to grow my cureer. The accademic achievement this year. Recognition thereof by the employer.
Cons: Limited challenging role.

Excellent company with great experience and exposed of the banking industry

A great company that exposes you to all sites of banking from the frontline to the administration to the IT department even marketing .Can learn how the banking and loans work even the percentages of the repayment ,it's a well business and a great company to grow and learn through there employee training platforms

Pros: Wonderful place to gain experience
Cons: Long and extensive working hours
