Loved working for UD TRucks, Good working place and people

Long working hours,dealing with dealers on a daily bases, keeping an eye on warranty prices and systems, weekly reporting to line manager and monthly reporting to after sales manager.

MY WORK

THE ENVIROMENT IS GOOD, CO WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY, THERE IS A ROOM TO DEVELOP YOURSELF THROUGH AMIC PROGRAM, IMPROVEMENT OF THE MACHINE PROJECT IS NEARLY DONE FROM IMPACT MACHINE TO SILENT MACHINES, CONTINIOUS IMPROVENTS DONE DAILY FOR THE WORKER TO ELIMINATE THE ELEMENTS OF WASTE , SAFETY IS THE NO 1 KPI, I HAVE LEARNED TO WORK AS AN IDIVIDUAL AND ALSO TO WORK AS A PART OF THE TEAM. I ENJOY MOST WORKING HAND ON AND WORKING WITH A PASSIONATE TEAM, THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB IS TO FOCUS WHILE IM WORKING THERE IS NO ROOM FOR ERROR BECAUSE CUSTOMER IS WAITING FOR THEIR PRODUCT AND THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN GOOD STANDARDS AND QUALITY

Worked very well at UD Trucks

I loved working at UD Trucks, the people were friendly and helpful. It was a long drive to Rosseland but you were so busy in the day that the day whent by.

Beautiful Japanese company in South Africa

UD is probably the friendliest environment ever. The managers and directors have good relationships with the employees, a day at work is so enjoyable that sometimes you do not feel how fast the day goes by. My role has allowed me to be exposed to international relationships, interdepartmental relationships and the ability to grow in your career there. I enjoy most what the company stands for, which they stick to.

Cons: Long processes which are necessary.
