Gained experience and toughened me up more

Helped me gain knowledge in a different form of sales. Learnt how to deal with all kinds of clients. Taught me patience and helped me deal with conflicted clients.

Excellent learning curve but not enough growth potential.

A typical workday is reaching targets in working hours and excellent customer services. It's extremely important for me to build a positive relationship with co-workers as this helps with team work and positivity. I've learned how to be dissaplined & motivated. I enjoy helping new co-workers with product knowledge in order to close a sale and how to turn a declined into a sale. The most challenging aspect of this job is to keep positive although you receive recycled leads.

Great Training process and techniques

Training program was great and also I learnt a lot about the sales and marketing industry. Great energy around work place and also the environment and mood set by the work space motivates one to wake up and do their job at their best ability. Great relationship between employees and the management.

I just completed training and currently on the floor

Alot of pressure once you out of training you are to know everything and are left to work independalso when people dont know what yo do they cant ask as it is a fast paste environment they expect u to get on the floor and start running ently not ok for slow learners

Pros: Good for those who don't like being micro managed
Cons: Not ok for those who are new to the field

Great learning curve

Working hours are from 7:30 to 15:30 and overtime is a requirement if you have not reached your daily target of 4sales a day, 220 dails, 35 pitches, 30% contact and average of 65% productivity which is measured by the hours spent on the phone and time in between dails which should not be longer than 30seconds. A very energetic environment and we always had motivational talks with the executives. I've learned to be persistent, even more hard working, polished up my knowledge of the science behind sales and my skills to objections handling.

Pros: Opportunity to make money due to uncapped commission
Cons: No security, no basic salary.

Good learning curve

I enjoyed the companies culture, we worked hard but still had fun and worked torwards achieving our goals and meet the targets. Had some challenges but always had help from the sales coach to help overcome stress and take everyday as a new day.
