Excellent learning curve
Working at the banking industry was excellent learning curve. Myself as person to get along with colleagues was easy because I allow every one to be himself only way that u can get along with others. I enjoyed meeting people from different backgrounds. The job wasn't really challenging all I had to do was just reaching monthly targets.

Strong admin skills
I would like to join the company because I believe the company has a challenging environment a great learning curve and people with great skills. I enjoy interaction with co-workers. Also interaction with customers/clients is my forte. I am committed and hard working person.

Excellent learning curve
I have good relationship with co-workers. I work independently and am anow excellent team player. Keeping calm when customers are angry. Assisting co-workers with there work load.

Stay on top of the game, don't waste time strive for success and enjoy what you doing.
A typical day would be, first thing in the morning run the reports on all open jobs on the system. Consults the relevant engineer or project manager, do the follow up and close the jobs. Then make sure all outstanding orders has been confirmed and deliveries is scheduled correctly. If stock is out make sure that the parts are ordered and communicate deadlines to engineers and project managers. Always keep a clear and respectful relationship with co-workers it keeps the flow smoothly and makes it easier to get the job done on time, I've learned to be a team player, be pro-active and to stay focused. The most challenging aspects is keeping the customers happy and being in the mine industry is tricky as some of our customers can be very difficult but I believe that if you build a good relationship with your customer line your job is well done and enjoyable.

Exculent leaner can work under pressure
Start at 6am to load trucks fill in load sheets doing invoices finished loading phone for orders, all order must be in at 12am for factory,so packers cant start with there work for next day deliver. Keeping truck on my truck to make sure customers get there orders on time no delays. In between post payments and follow up with customers fall behind with payments. Print statements. so Invoicing, statements creditors, debtors, posting payments and balancing

I have the experience and enjoy workong with people
I have a variety of experience and enjoy dealing with people at all levels. Respecting, listening and understanding your co-workers. Making customers/clients feel comfortable assuring they are directed to the person needed. Cheering people up.

Good experience gained in customer service
I was employed by Edcon for 22 years in customer service for the retail side off the business. Accenture bought over the call centers in 2016. I got retrench due to similiar funtion accross the busines. Most of my experience was condunting daily meetings an ensure that SLA were met timeously. Pullung daily reporting for management, doing mothy petformance reviews for staff, quality assedments on calls, one on one discussions and taking corrective messures where ir required.
Pros: I moved around varois positions throughout my years with company
Cons: Long hours, including weekend and work alot overtime to ensure that sufficient management were covered.
