plan year duties, class management, lecture students, set and review assessments, moderate assessments, assess students, marks scripts, records marks, produce progress reports. good relationship with colleagues learned class management and its challenges enjoyed working with people from different ethnics, and culture better resource mangement managing students is the most challenging aspect of lecturing

Improved team work knowledge.

I learned a lot in dealing with different personalities and in working as a team. The most challenging aspect of my job is when documentation is not submitted on time for verification, processing and payment. A typical work day is when I receive a lot for processing just before cash focus day and I wonder how it will be possible but somehow find myself completing just on time. Employee satisfaction bring joy to my job. I love mutual understanding with my co-workers as it improves productivity in quality of our work.

Pros: No opportunities for promotion.
Cons: Normal working hours are worked, overtime is once in a while.
