Went in depth in terms of doing the practice of HR, a lot was covered and experienced.

Well structured Company, good environment to work in, other employees were very helpful, understand and respecting each other. hard work input was needed in order to know/ understand more about the practice of HR.

Pros: Nice well structed environment, everyone got a long and other colleages were very helpful. teamwork
Cons: There are no specific cons, beacuse i never really worked long hours all the time.

Excellent learning experience

It was a good reason to get up in the morning, the working hours were sometimes unreasonable and unfair, there's too much pressure on the first front end staff

Learned more about the HR IN PRACTICE

Good work environment, team work. Could handle work load. i enjoyed working there, I did more to challenge myself. What i enjoyed more is the atmosphere of the workplace, everyone was nice and worked very well good, made good relationships. I wouldnt say there was much of a challenge, because everything given to me i would put in extra effort and make sure that i achieve my best and get the work done.
