i have good relationship with my employee he treat me like fellow employees and what am current doing I write minute ,taking calls message, typing document also do filling, sorting payroll ,sorting leave and also do sifting .am enjoying every second at work because I love it and it work that I study at the college

WORKING HARD

THE MOST CHALLENGING IS TO DEAL WITH POLITITIANS I LEARN NOT TO HAVE FREIND AT WORK SO THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO FOLLOW ORGANISATIONAL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS

Excellent learning

the localmunicipality is the smallest sector of the government but yet big because here as worker you start from scratch, introduce new ideas, re-visit your departmental policies and so on. to be able to cope in the local tourism industry, you have to conduct a research, identified the gap or what can be done to develop the industry. tourism is part of economic development so here in rural areas we use what we have to attract customers like our diverse cultures, fashion that is inspired by our beautiful herritage. we offer our tourist a rural life experince.

Pros: great opportunity for learning and networking
Cons: lack of trainings
