I have had 27 years experience in the Civil Engineering Construction field .

At my previous company I was given the freedom to carry out the functions of the position I held and had a great team of employees under me that gave me their full support and commitment in all the contracts that I controlled. My management skill set was effective in achieving the objectives of the company and I was supported by the Contracts & MD in all aspects of my decisions that I took to get the job done in the best time frame and within budget.

Pros: Being able to make a difference for the company in the position I have been placed in.
Cons: The unknow challenges of the awarded contract and how they plan out.
