Excellent job opportunity and career opportunities

Typical workday, is planning, having.meetings with educators, Heads of department management meetings, meetings with the directors, parents and Department officials. Reviewing academics progress of learners to.improve their academics. Facilitating and teaching Accounting ICB subjects and pastel.accointing. Chief Invigilation of Exams. Relationship.with co workers, good relationship and communication is key: Learnt how to manage people skills, technical skills, presentation, explaining , planning prioritize. Meeting deadlines and coaching and guiding educators and students, performance reviews, etc. I enjoy working with people and love to teach students in doing things the ethical way. Dealing with Department of Educuation with difficult parents, but patience and communication is key. 0

Pros: Managing and controlling the school environment. Pride in seeing students achieve or progress to next level.
Cons: Traveling long distances
