It has been a learning curve working for a big organisation and be able to strike a balance

I fit in well in the big team and stick out as a team player. I relate very well with co-workers and I derive a lot of respect as the only person dealing with Accident matters for the group. I have learnt to strike a balance dealing with people with varying perceptions and personalities. I enjoy being acknowledged as a pillar of strength in my own functions.

Pros: i stand as the sole driver of my own functions for the whole group
Cons: my duties are 24/7

Team player, hardworking, reliable

It is an achievement to work for a big organisation and be able to coordinate and fuse well. My job functions are a national function and I am able to achieve my targets dealing with different professional levels. I have learnt to deal with work issues without fear or favour. I command respect and am able strike a balance. I have learnt to handle my work as if I am doing personal business, I deal with urgent issues there and there without procrastination. My challenges are drawing up policies which are adverse to majority feelings.

Pros: sole player in my functions and therefore viewed valuably
Cons: on call 24 hours
