Excellent learning curve

A typical work day:- - feedback and submission of daily report, safety talk, work observations, loadng and dispatching of materials, planning of daily workload measured against target Your relationship with co-workers:- - amicable and trustworthy relationship, congenial atmosphere, honest and dedicated to the tasks at hand What you have learnt:- - sometimes not all planned work comes to pass, hence be ready for alternatives, decision making What you enjoy most:- - the thrill of meeting and exceeding our deadlines, without injury and/or added costs The most challenging aspects of the job:- - having to work with sub-standard equipment, making alternate arrangements

Excellent learning curve

enjoyed the repertoire with staff including the MD managing of Contractors and sub contractors achieved the project well within the stipulated timeframe without any debilitating injuries or added cost

- A typical work day to ensure areas needing expediting and attention, safety toolbox talk - Your relationship with co-worker teamwork and understanding of urgency to complete the task on hand in an efficient and effective manner - What you have learnt Defined scope and expectations are best understood when discussed in a collaborative manner with contractors and sub-contractors - What you enjoy most the vibrant atmosphere of working in a chemical manufacturing environment - The most challenging aspects of the job to complete the project without any injuries and added costs

Pros: had an opportunity to learn about chemicals
Cons: could not stay further than the fixed term contract due to drop in the market
