Personal management

I have learn so much on how to work with different people with their different character's, handling difficult queries. I gained more experience at working on electronic files including data capturing using Microsoft office suit, i.e Microsoft excel and also pastel accounting functions. The relationship I have with my colleagues is perfect, we communicate often.

Pros: There is a high possibility of promotions
Cons: Sometimes I would remain after hours to finish my work if it is in a priority list,

Excellent learning curve

It was where I study and not really work. I did not have a job before therefore I filled this in as a job description. UNISA is a tertiary institute and I have been studying there for the past two years. I have had a great learning experience with them so far and I will continue studying there, part-time. I have made many friends and have become close to them. Most challenging part of studying is obviously the exams. Some have been good, well most of them since I am dedicated to my studies.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Long studying hours

Working at Unisa it requires one to have a big heart and mind because you working with lot of people as staff and more coming as students. As for students coming in day by day for queries and an employee of Unisa you are expected to know all relevant information concerning the assignments and exams, even more. You should be able to assist everyone who comes in. But yes Unisa is a very good environment to work in with a very friendly staff and hard workers.

Excellent learning curve

Time management is very important as we work under pressure to reach goals, and it's is very important to work in team as what you do is sorting, distribute and delivery of books, so team work its very important because you can't do this alone, learn to work independently and very accurate, working in team, capturing and assisting student to my best ability it's really exciting and the most challenging aspects is when books are misplaced and you have to search for them sometime alone and the student threatening to sue the school.

Pros: It's great opportunity for promotion
Cons: short hours but working under pressure
