Great leadership skills and improved staff management

I have acquired great leadership skills , decision making. My Auditing skills have improved vastly. great working relationship with Staff and other HOD customer complaints are always a challenge but we deal with them successfully.

Pros: career growth as I face lots of challenges and do a lot of problem solving and investigations. Managing perosnnel as well.
Cons: remuneration is way too little , too the post for exposure and growth
