The executivegas very poor managerial skills for a firm with so much potential

I've been for a few start up companies, this one is the worst place I've worked at so far in my carrier. I was never sure to get my pay every month end, therefore planning my life became a daunting task.

Pros: A good learning curve
Cons: Very much unstable

Great opportuning for learning and career growth.

I enjoy working with my teammates, I work 9 hours however when needed I avail myself. I have learnt a lot about QMS from designing , implementation all the way to getting certification. The typical thing that I do is to eliminate risks or conformity of a product and to ensure the best quality on the line . Its a male dominant field however there is woman empowerment.

Pros: great opportunity for learning
Cons: deadlines
