I enjoy being a creditors clerk

My day starts very early. My day starts off where i left off from yesterday. the first thing I go through is my diary. handle my tasks from there go forward under normal circumstances otherwise have to reschedule my day due to urgent payments or any other unforeseen requirements from management which i treat as my priority. i have a good professional relationship with my colleagues. i enjoy doing my job to the best of my ability and striving for best results for my month ends. i have learnt that no matter how hard one tries go get creditors up to date is a great challenge because sometimes one has to put pressure on lots of other co-workers in in order for a payment to be done, therefore i have learnt to put down evreything in writing so i know why and where the delay is for a payment and i am not soley to blame. The challenges are making sure that all my key performance duties are met.

Pros: This company make sure that they further educate their workers
Cons: I work alone apart from my reporting to my accountant otherwise i am very flexible

I HOPE TO FULFIL THIS POSITION I KNOW I CAN DO IT

I really enjoy my job function. My days are busy and I like it that way. My relationship with coworkers and suppliers are very professional. I like keeping it professional because I have learnt that by being too friendly with people at work can effect your job as a whole. Due to me making payments on time I have to be demanding when it comes to documents getting to me on time. this stems to people getting angry because you get friendly and then don't understand the meaning of deadlines. you then be called nasty names like because you merely following up on your work. I really enjoy the challenging aspects of my job because creditors can be monotonous and I am always waiting for opportunities to change > for eg last year was a very challenging year because we bought a lot of capex and it was exciting because we bought from overseas and I have learnt so much with working with that project.

Pros: work place is nearby to home but i cannot survive on my salary
Cons: yes long working hours 7-5
