It is a good companyb with a lot of growth portantial and financial stability

At my company I could say that it is good to work at and the only reason I am applying else where is because I was doing a learnership and its about to end this January and the might not be available permanent posts.

Excellent learning curve

Since I am in a learnership it is very educational I am collecting alot of knowledge and gaining alot of skills since it is my first in the corporate world the environment is very warm and welcoming people are willing to help.

Entry level skills

Working at my current job has taught me about my family illness and I now know a bit more about medication and how health industries work.My idear of this industry was that it covers all health needs but I have learnt they are too man.. I have been mostly in the sales industry there I got to work with diverse cultures . I am able to say I have people's skills. I have also learned to be punctual because my money was at stake.

Pros: An opportunity to build a career in a different industry

I need stability

I answer calls, mind switchboard, it's not as challenging as my previous job as a facilities administrator but I do it well, I live my colleagues we work well as a team and my manager inspires us to dream big. We work for 8 to 17:00 , I need something challenging and stability though.

Pros: It is a good company but not for the direction am taking
Cons: Hours are good

Excellent learning experience

Had a great relationship with my co-workers. Learned what it's like to actually work and what it take to do so. The most challenging aspect of the job was working with individuals with a temper tantrum.

Personal growth

Ive been working for an medical administrative company the past year,servicing all Massmart stores. Massmart withdrew theur contract making my position redundant. Prior I was Sales Manager at a Massmart store, responsible for reaching slaes targets. I also have sales representative experience prior with management experience. I will be a positive attribute to your company and its growth.

At Universal Healthcare was good

We administrate gems medical aid tiger brand and lots of other medical aids, we have different call centers different departments our service is ver good

Excellent learning curve

Great company to work for All teams work together Management always encourage you to work harder for better positions. Salary paid is very good. I love this company and going to work in the daily

Excellent experience

Dealing with customers is very challenging everyday you learn something new,and everyday you grow as individual. Being part of a health company I have learnt a lot throughout the course.
