My duties include the following: general administrative tasks, handling of inquiries, purchase orders, invoices, correspondence and maintenance. Duties and responsibilities Administration General office tasks Correspondence Record maintenance Mail distribution Analytic & problem solving Communication Telephone Handling of general office equipment Safety & security RIMS I am familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft and Oracle. I maintain excellent interpersonal relations with management, colleagues, students and other people in general. I am fully bilingual and possess good communication skills. I’m a positive person who gets along very well with other people, irrespective of race, gender or age. Being sensitive to the needs of other people and treating people with fairness and respect I honour their dignity. I am sincerely interested in diversity and the promotion and management thereof in the South African context.

My personal vision and mission as executive assistant, the staff and the company extend through a spiritual, mental and physical nature, believing in the holistic development of the person.
