It allows for understanding of diversity that exists amongst individuals and exposes one to working with others to ensure excellency in problem solving. Colleagues are open to office etiquette and allow workers to be themselves yet not forgetting the main objective. I have learnt how to keep focus under pressure and keep being reliable even when everyone is in need of your help Challenges can arise but require group intervention and will allow one to improve him/herself.
